Many organisations are now becoming aware of the importance of good mental health for employees.  There are many factors affecting the wellbeing and performance of individuals with the workplace.  Some may be internal, such as work related stress, the breakdown of working relationships, accidents, organisational transitions or workplace harassment.  Additionally, employees may be struggling with external dilemmas.  This may include life challenges such as the death of a loved one, divorce, children with illness or infidelity. 


Stressful experiences can have a significant impact on the health and wellbeing of employees and it is well documented that poor mental health can lead to higher rates of absenteeism, stress related illness, greater staff turnover and errors within the workforce. 


We work to assess, develop and implement a tailored plan to support your staff and organisation.  This may involve working individually with staff or groups facilitation to develop strategies to improve difficulties that exist.
